After visiting and working in Australia, Jerome Bibey did wanted to try making white wine. He succeed in that, producing a special white wine, this wine is made from the following grapes varities: sauvignon blanc, sauvignon gris and Semillon.

It is been aged in barrel with a batonnage and presents citrus aromas (pineapple) and fig tasting which means this wine is fabulous to taste.
